Calling all Christmas party planners!

KRO Catering is kicking off the festive season early with a series of menu tasting sessions throughout September.

The successful Manchester based catering company will be running four tasting events next month aimed at those tasked with organising the staff Christmas party. The drop-in sessions will be held at KRO venues across the city.

As well as sampling the new Christmas party menu, it is hoped the sessions will encourage those planning the annual staff party to talk amongst themselves and share their previous experiences of putting together the perfect party. The KRO Catering team will be on hand to offer advice on event planning and to answer any questions attendees may have.

KRO’s catering team have been in the business for many years and have organised hundreds of parties and functions, from big scale festivals and events to small private birthday celebrations. They know the importance of being organised and how to plan everything down to the finest detail. KRO Catering manager, Kay Ruby, understands that the idea of being responsible for arranging an event that everyone will enjoy can be daunting. She says, “Most of us can relate to a badly run office party or remember a poorly planned staff meal and the memories can often deter us from attending them in future. This can cause no end of headaches for the party planner and many are filled with dread at the prospect of arranging a social event to suit everybody.”

She continues, “We hope that our Christmas menu tasting sessions will persuade people to discuss their own party planning experiences and share tips with one another whilst enjoying our new menu and seeing what KRO Catering has to offer.”

Through their first hand experiences KRO Catering have developed and extended their services to include glass, tableware and equipment hire, as well as arranging flowers and entertainment. The Christmas menu tasting sessions are free to attend and are open to anybody to drop into on during their lunch break but we ask that those interested to please register in advance. The sessions will be held at KRO Piccadilly on Thursday 9th and 16th September, at KRO 2 on Thursday 23rd September and at KRO Heaton Moor on Thursday 30th September and will run from 12 noon until 2pm.
