Tell us about your current menu: Quintessentially English pub food, cooked with thought and care, and a passion for provenance and seasonality.


What is your favourite dish on your menu and why: Too many to mention, the menu changes daily depending on the available local produce, Grilled Langoustines with garlic mayonnaise is always a winner though.

What inspires you: Happy customers and happy staff. Inspiration is always everywhere when your cooking, doesn't take much for me to up my game.

Which is your favourite restaurant? (not your own): Restaurant Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor of course
