New dishes to enjoy at Le Bistrot Pierre

We’re delighted to tell you about our new à la carte menu and we hope you find many things to tempt your taste buds out of doors as the evenings grow longer. Our new menu includes a few new dishes as well as some of your old favourites.

New dishes include:

SALADE DE CHOUCROUTE ET SAUCISSE
Warm salad of smoked garlic sausage with caramelised apples, choucroute and soft herb and grain mustard dressing.

This dish originates from the Franche-Comté area of France and the combination of ingredients announces the arrival of summer in the region.

And for those who prefer a lighter, vegetarian option we have:
GRATIN DE LEGUMES
Aubergine, courgette, Parmesan and sun-blushed tomato gratin with a side salad of red chard, rocket and pine nuts.
