'Best Curry Award' for Indian Brasserie
Jai Hashim, Director and Executive Chef of The Indian Brasserie Upton, pictured winning the ‘Best Curry Award’ for the 2nd year running, teamed-up with Co-Director Firuz Miah in 2009 - since then, they have won between them a string of respected accolades in the art of presenting the finest Indian Cuisine. Firuz has a wealth of experience, and for 12 years managed Via-Vita and Havana - part of the Living Ventures Group - plus the Slug and Lettuce, who are part of the largest café bars group within the UK.
