ABode Manchester are delighted to announce the appointment of Bryn Evans as MC Cafe Bar & Grill Head Chef

No stranger to Manchester, Bryn has previously worked at Obsidian and Harvey Nichols before moving to the famous Bodysgallen Hall in Llandudno (3 AA Rosettes). Bryn started his career at the Chester Grosvenor under Michelin Starred chef Simon Radley before moving to the Devonshire Arms at Skipton. Still only 31 years old, Bryn recognises that this is a great time in his career to take up the helm at the ABode Manchester.

“Its great being back in Manchester and particularly at ABode, one of my favourite places to dine in the city. I am really excited to be taking on the challenge.” Says Bryn.

Heading up the MC Café Bar and Grill offers Bryn the opportunity of working alongside Michelin Starred chef, Michael Caines whilst also bringing his own skills and cuisine to the fore.

Bryn will launch his new menu created in consultation with Michael Caines in July for a great summer full of events in Manchester

Mark Rossi, executive head chef of the Michael Caines restaurant at Abode Manchester will be in charge of the Champagne Dinner on the 5th July 2012.
