Blumenthal at the Fat Duck. Steve Midgely of Grado (Manchester)
says his favourite restaurant is in Barcelona, called Cal
Pepe. Lisa Tse of Sweet Mandarin (Manchester) has been cooking
since she was 11. Paul Mercandelli of Residence (Nantwich)
says his favourite dish is Lobster and Fillet Steak Board.
Overall 25% voted for Big Brother, 35% voted for Question
Time but with 40% of the votes most chefs say they dont have
time for TV!
