Onionring is the proud sponsor of the Cheshire Food Festival
<IF(!*CONTACTNAME*! = Nothing THEN Hi, ELSE Dear !*CONTACTNAME*!, )ENDIF> as you may know we are the proud sponsor of the Cheshire Food Festival which is taking place at Walton Gardens, South Warrington on the 15th & 16th of October (www.cheshirefoodfestival.com)
We are producing a small recipe book of around 15-30 local chef recipes, we will print around 3000 full colour A5 copies. We will give them out to all who come down to the festival, the idea being it will be something they will keep. The pages will have a recipe, some nice images of the dish and chef, and a small ad for the restaurant as well. It will also be a virtual book on Onionring, we will run a featured "Recipe of the Month" and email to our database of 40,000 people. The cost is £90+vat to be involved - we’ll also do all the write up and design.
The deadline for recipe submission is pretty soon, the 28th September as we have to get the artwork sent to the publishers, if you are interested please drop us a line - email or call on 01925 479140. We also have ad spaces available starting from £150 for a full page colour advert.
All we need:
- A photo of the dish you will be preparing.
- List of ingredients
- Method (relatively brief as we have limited space)
- Photo of the chef (if you wish)
- Lastly, a cheque for £90 plus vat per recipe page made payable to Cheshire food festival.
It’s Christmas!!!... Well in 3 months it will be, so if you are one of our lovely featured restaurants make sure you send us your Christmas menus as people are booking parties and meals already.
