If you want the full Sapporo experience, you can’t miss our Teppanyaki dining. Guests are led to their own or shared Teppanyaki table, where they will see the meal being cooked before their very eyes!
Guests sit around the chef’s Teppanyaki hotplate, watching the theatre unfold before them. We don’t stand on ceremony, so you’ll notice the friendly conversation and energy immediately. The sushi was out of this world and clearly made with quality produce. Best bit was the variety and cut of the fresh raw fish; from sea bass to tuna, it was awesome. To finish, we were spoilt with a selection of milk and white chocolate spring rolls - unreal! The great thing about eating at Sapporo is that you leave full, but not stuffed. Plus the fact that we were eating raw fish made us feel healthy (apart from the choc!). I will certainly be going again, next time to try out the Teppanyaki table! Perfect! |
