Reviews Val & Don, Crewe 19/12/2010 We visit Etasia many times and each time the host, Calvin, is welcoming and takes the time to chat with you, the latest visit was Saturday 18/12/10 for an evening with fourteen in the party. As usual the food was to a very high standard and delicious. We were the hosts of the party and feedback from the other twelve members was 100% positive, everyone enjoyed the food and the evening. Calvin was welcoming from the very first minute and helpful and attentive throughout the evening. The starters were first class (The best prawn toast I have EVER had!) followed by four excellent main courses. I had the lobster that was ocooked to perfection with ginger and noodles, my wife had pan fried sea bass that was also excellent, but probably the best meal on our table was the lemon sole which was presented exquisitely and tasted absolutely divine. Visited on a Saturday evening around 8.30pm and I am totally amazed that this restaurant was not bursting at the seams and requiring bookings weeks in advance, how can people not know about this place? Visit soon you will not be disappointed. As mentioned, this was our first time there but it will definitely not be our last!!
