I have been visiting the Jitrada on and off for over 10 years. The standard of food and service has never waivered - it seems to get better in fact! For a meal with business colleagues or an intimate dinner for two, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

I have been to Jitrada many times, the minute you enter you're always welcomed with a warm & friendly smile, very warm atmosphere & nothing is too much problem for them, as for the food, I've visited many top restaurants in London & Manchester & none come close to Jitrada, I have started taking all my family & friends there especially my business contacts.

Beautiful Koi pond as you walk in really sets the tone. Sat right next to the pond which only enhanced the meal. Very well cooked food and polite and quick service from the staff there. Will be going back very very soon.

Myself and 2 friends came to Jitrada last Saturday. My friend comes here a few times a year she absolutely loves it! Perfect choice i must say, my partner and i love to eat out regulary and we go to some amazing restraunts and Jitrada is by far up there with the very best of the best, it has beautiful food, wonderful staff, the best of the best in all areas. The food is out of this world, the flavors are amazing. One thing i would say is dont be afraid to try something different,it is so worth it. The staff are more than happy to help as im sure were not all clued up on Thai dishes,words cant express how perfect our evening in there was, i wanted to go back the day after (sunday) for there buffet iv heard its equally as gorgeous but im going tonight instead. Highly recommended! guarentee you will enjoy 10/10

My partner lived for many years in Thailand, he likes this place, so he took me and showed off his Thai speaking skills. The staff were very polite and enjoyed his repartee. According to his refined opinion it is a good Thai restaurant partly because he could order off menu and get the fried egg salad he likes. Personally, I thought it was a good restaurant, I liked the pond in the actual restaurant and the food was fresh. Though, saying that we have not been back for a while, there seems to be more and better restaurants to try these days in Sale, Sale Moor, Altrincham, Hale and Northenden.

Being a 'safe' diner, I usually have the same meal at Jitrada (the wonderful pork jungle curry) so was excited to see that yesterday they had a buffet to try out new dishes. With over 20 delicious dishes to choose from, it was fantastic. Starting with a huge selection of starters from spare ribs in a plum sauce to deep fried prawns, I was already full as I dove straight into the vast array of mains. Both the seafood in oyster sauce and beef pantang were excellent and with a plate of pineapple and watermelon to finish, it was a great feast on a rainy day in Sale = brightened up our day!

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, if you want authentic Thai food the this is the place.
I've eaten at many many good quality Thai restaurants and have never found another to match the Jitrada. The food is exellent the staff are friendly and informative and the surroundings are beautiful. My wife and myself eat here quite a lot now and we both love it, try it for yourself you won't be disappointed I promise.

Jitrada has to be one of the best Thai restaurants outside of Thailand.
The food is appealing to the eye and has real depth of flavour due to authentic ingredients being used.
The service was excellent, waiters did not bother you every 2 minutes but where around when needed.
We only had dinner last night but are going back for a Take Away tonight.

Having just moved to the area, myself and the girlfriend have been wanting to sample some of the local eateries. Both with a love of Thai food Jitrada was top of the list. The menu is extensive and it took a while for us both to narrow down our choices. Normally I would go for something mild and coconut based, but on the recommendation of another reviewer here, I went for the jungle curry, which was superb (...and h-h-h-hot)! It wasn't particularly busy when we visited (the World Cup final was on after all), but the service was excellent. My only complaint would be is that if you end up sat near the pond area there won't be much in the way of conversation as you can't help but watch the behemoth koi carp! However, that's not going to stop me from paying Jitrada another visit.

Jitrada is by far the best thai food i have experienced in England, I spent months over in Thailand travelling and it is definitely up there with the best, would highly recommend to anybody, especially the penang curry! Staff also are always very friendly!

As my friends and I love Thai food, we decided on Jitrada to celebrate my friends birthday last night. Some of us had been before. As we arrived we were met by the very courteous maitre'd and shown to our table. Our food choice from the very substantial menu was difficult - we wanted to try everything! Our choice proved to be perfect! We shared our starters/mains and they were superb! We could not find fault with anything! We would recommend Jitrada to anyone wanting fantastic food served by lovely staff in the middle of Sale!We WILL be back!

The decor is relaxing and pretty, waitors/waitresses are attentive, unobtrusive and highly polite. Menu is extensive but even so they are happy to tailor dishes to your own taste. The food is delicious, fresh ingredients and flavours that explode in the mouth in a profusion of lemon grass, chili, spices lightly and delicately balanced. Not expensive. Excellent value Sunday lunch time buffet. Try once and I am sure you will return!

This place is so good that we booked a month in thailand on the basis that if Thais are this nice here they would be good at home. Returned to Thailand 3 years running for a month each time so it proved to be true. The Restaurant, the Thais and Thailand are super.

Went last night. Excellent Food and service. Had Satay Gai for starter and thought it can't get better. It Did. Phad Gra Pow Nuae, a stir fried beef with chilli, if you like hot and flavour, try this. The menu is extensive and the food is served quickly. The decor is brill.

Went last night, quiet for a thursday. Friendly welcome. Mixed starter was decent if a tad pricey for what you got. The mains were delicious - very tasty! One of the best Thai places but a touch mor expensive than some, probably worth it.

My favourite restaurant in Sale, it is absolutely fantastic food wise. Definitely book at the weekend as it does get very busy indeed, I prefer going in the week as you get a little more time in there, and a bit more space. The banquets are all great value, so much food! One of my favourite dishes is the chicken salad with chili and lime and fish sauce, the crispy duck is great, as is the deep fried cod in chili and basil. The service is pretty good, obviously better when its quiet. The wine is reasonably priced, and I don't think the food is over priced at all, its much better quality than most restaurants so I don't mind paying a bit more. Bit concerned about the koi karp in the pond in there....??

9 of us went for a birthday celerbration. we had seen the good reviews on here and though we'd give it a try. We were not let down. The combination starters were great, bit of everything. Mains were also very tasty, perhaps slightly bigger portions should be served. They happily let us bring a birthday cake in for desert. Nice staff.
