My first visit to Conti and with a first date scenario. From the outside it looks small but inside quite spacious and a good atmosphere with a nice contemporary background. The food was very good and quite authentic Italian for a change. The service was good although one or two have to lighten up a little and appear more friendly, this is an aspect that I come across, best thing to do is chat to them a little and give a thank you with a handshake.
Would certainly recommend and will re-visit.

Conti is our local restaurant and we have seen many changes good and bad. However, recently under a new manager the restaurant is back to its old self. Wonderful food, atmosphere, friendly staff and more importantly, relaxed and efficient staff.

Yay - Conti's is back to its former wonderfulness! Went on Saturday evening and it was buzzing, just like it used to be. Food was lovely, service even better & friend who was with us said the restaurant wouldn't have been out of place in London, where she lives.

Another FAB meal at Conti! We eat there around twice a month, sometimes tea time and take the children to make their own pizza, or, after 8.30pm for a grown up night out. We are confident that the meal will be of a high standard and the service professional and friendly.

Excellent restaurant. Food always fantastic quality. Friendly staff. Shows quality when you have to book well in advance. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommended. Caters for adults and children. Its nice that the restaurant is on your doorstep.

No wonder there are only good reviews listed!!This is one of my favourite restaurants and I ALWAYS recommend it to all my friends and family. It's like a tardis, you'd never imagine from the outside how it looks inside. The food is delicious, and very generous portions - service is great too. If you want the kids to have a go at making their own pizza in the kitchen then just make sure you book a table before 6:30 as this option stops then due to the place getting so busy - you usually need to book in advance to guarantee getting a table. If you are going with kids it's good to ask for a table near the kitchen window as the chefs like to show off their pizza dough spinning/tossing skills there and are great at entertaining!

Great restaurant, although finding somewhere to park nearby can be difficult! Food is excellent, as is the service. Great for kids, and the waiting staff make sure that they are not left out. Great place for families, couples and groups, and not overly expensive. A cut above other Italian restaurants.

this resteraunt is superb. My wife, friends and family have been many times and never been dissapointed. Just make sure you book at least a week in advance for Friday's and Saturdays.

You can't beat the Conti for consistently good food, friendly staff and stylish but informal surrounds. My favouritist restaurant! Only downside is that they book up so quickly - you can never get a table! Definitely go but book well ahead.
