As the name suggests, Moules a go-go is famous for its mussels, fresh from the shores of Anglesey, served in a variety of ways from simple Moules Marinieres to Spicy Thai. The vast selection of seafood dishes ranging from traditional fish and chips to scrumptious Sea Bass is impressive, though equally appealing are the locally sourced juicy steaks and succulent rotisserie-roasted chicken dishes. A regularly changing specials board also offers a variety of exciting culinary delights.
After eleven successful years in business amongst tough competition, Moules a go-go is still going strong, boasting superb food and a great atmosphere in contemporary yet comfortable surroundings.
The head chef and manager have been there since the restaurant’s inception; such longevity is a rare blessing in the tempestuous world of the steaming kitchen, but this dedication shows in the consistency and quality of the food and service. The interior décor is as intriguing as the food with split level dining and a lounge bar with sofas and arm chairs.
The relaxed upstairs dining area is also available for private dining for up to forty guests at no extra cost.

I went to Moules a Go-Go for the start of my friends hen night. I can honestly say I had the most delicious meal out I have ever experienced. I had the salmon and it just melted in my mouth. I will definetly be going back there again soon!

What i can say is that the food we had was of a very good quality and the service was very good, it was a meal that 4 sales people who travel the UK really appreciated and we all thought that value for money it was second to non. We all had different meals so it shows the standard was very high. We would all recommend this place to anyone that we knew who was to Visit Chester, From, 1 Scouser, 1 Geordie, 1 Scot and 1 local who had never been before but who has all ready booked to take his family, Please Keep this quality it was very good,

Well, I went and really enjoyed what I had. For a change I had the mussels(!!!) and had the fondue which I shared with my Mum. Next time, I would ask for a table downstairs as it is busier and has more atmospher. I would definitely book earlier to ensure I could be seated where I want.

I've been to Moules 3 times now and loved it every time. I going again tomorrow and can't wait. The fresh Anglesey mussles are crying out to be eaten. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow......

Having not pre-booked, (Tue eve for 6pm) we were surprised to find the restaraunt fully booked! However, we were delighted to be offered a compromise -to be out by 7pm! Great, what flexibilty and what a wonderful meal. Excellent service. We'll be back, having booked, so will have time to enjoy a coffee too!!

We went to Moules a Go-Go not too long ago and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The lobster and mussels were delicious and the service was brilliant. Can't wait to go back
