Stuart's Table at the Farmers Arms is set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside and serves some of the best in British cuisine with European influence. We pride ourselves on serving fresh food and seasonal produce. Our fish is brought in daily from Cornwall, our poultry products are from Goosnargh and our extra mature British beef is 21 day Dry-aged, grass fed Scotch beef.
Stuart Turner has been at the Farmers Arms for over 8 years and has built a reputation for outstanding steaks amoungst other favourites. On most week nights you will find Stuart somewhere around the restaurant getting to know his new patrons or sitting and having a chat (and a glass of wine) with one of the regulars. Our wines are imported from over 5 countries and our house wine list has over 30 different reds & whites to choose from, all on offer from £14.95.
Our food is passionately prepared with great skill by Head Chef, Aaron Totty, who has been with Stuart for 5 years. He is constantly recreating our A La Carte menu with great care and emphasis on flavour and diverse selection. All meals are served with a choice of potato and vegetables.
Diners are welcomed to their table with fresh bread, imported Greek olives, butter and olive oil with balsamic vinegar.
We pride ourselves on being a child friendly restaurant and offer most meals in smaller portions. We feel that serving children proper food is essential and family meals are encouraged.
If you would like to hear about future events, updates to our menu or just want to hear from Stuart send us an email and we will add you to our montly newsletter. We also offer an Early Dining menu from Tuesday to Friday (lunch and dinner) 2 courses £11 or 3 courses £15
