The Elephant

Traditional

Excellent pub food, served in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The Mother and Son partnership offer all guests a very warm and friendly welcome and offer a lunch/dinner menu, accompanied with a wide selection of beverages.

Gluten Free and Vegetarian meals are also available.

The pub has recently undergone an internal refurbishment, with the introduction of an open log fire to warm up those cold afternoons or evenings. Whether it's too sample one of the great home made food dishes available on the menu, or to simply call in for a pint of real cask ale or freshly ground coffee, you'll be warmly welcomed at The Elephant.

Called in yesterday for our Evening Meal due to a recommendation after visiting the Local Water Gardens and our meals were beautiful. What a lovely pub this is, very friendly with excellent service. Nice to have the choice of a lot of Home Made dishes, the Chicken and Ham Pie was lovely, and you cant beat the hand cut chips! Will definately be returning in the future.

Called in on the off chance on a very cold Sat afternoon. The service was prompt and friendly, good choice on the menu and chef's specials. Could'nt fault our meals and very reasonably priced too. Would recommend it!
