Opened in November 2005 Duckegg bluu was created out of a former Lloyds TSB Bank, the vault was taken out, no money was found! The restaurant and bar called Duckegg bluu began. Its simplistic yet stylish surroundings make it the ideal place to gather with family or friends, sit over dinner or a nice bottle of wine and set the world to rights. Since Duckegg bluu moved to Culcheth, casual neighbourhood dining has never been so convenient.

Had an excellent meal and evening - food was delicious well presented and quick service, we were fortunate to have gone on a Thursday and got a free bottle of wine per couple and it wasn't just cheap plonk either! Lovely chunky chips... more
I visited for the first time on a sat night with 5 friends. I had heard some bad reviews from friends but dismissed them as nonsense as the reviews on Onionring were very good (and they have always been accurate). Anyway, the food was very good, the portions were great (if not a little too big)...... more

Its a rare pleasure to find a restaurant that gets the balance between relaxed eating thats not intrusive or slow right, the duckegg bluu team get it not just right but spot on. While that's impressive whats even more impressive is the food which is exceptional by any measure - great job! ... more
We visited for a retirement party from work. Both the food and atmosphere were excellent. I had steak and it was the nicest that I had had in a long time. The wines were lovely as well. The service was friendly and nothing was rushed. A very enjoyable evening.... more
