Rhubarb is situated in the foodie haven of Burton Road in West Didsbury and was established in 2002 by husband & wife, Mark & Lisa Ramsden. Mark, a chef of twenty years experience has created a contemporary & eclectic menu which has defined this independent restaurant. Lisa manages the front of house team, and provides a warm welcome to customers old & new.
Seating 44 inside and 20 outside, Open Seven days a week, Rhubarb is perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a business gathering for 20. We are also available for private hire, ideal for weddings, christenings and birthdays.
Rhubarb is recommended in the Michelin and Hardens guides and is open for dinner six nights a week and offers lunch from 1pm on Sunday.

We had our first visit to Rhubarb this evening and had an exceptional meal- Lamb kebabs, Fillet steak and Pollock fillet. First class food and although having to wait a little long for main course, would definitely make another visit soon. Excellent menu and wine- worth every penny!!... more
Went for dinner last night and it was fantastic from start to finish. Surprisingly busy (which was a good sign), friendly and good service. And most importantly the food was excellent - the Cod Loin was a highlight, saying that the trio of Rhubarb desserts was also very good! Excellent.... more

Out of this world! This was one of the best meals I have ever had and the service is outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend the loin of lamb, and the creme brulee was fantastic.... more
