Rhubarb is a modern independent restaurant situated in West Didsbury. Established in 2003 by husband and wife Mark and Lisa Ramsden we are the only restaurant in West Didsbury to be recommended in the Michelin guide.
Our head chef Brynn Evans and Chef-proprietor Mark Ramsden work closely to ensure the finest quality ingredients go into creating our Seasonal British menu.
We provide a relaxed and friendly environment and are open seven nights a week and for lunch on Sundays. In addition to the full a la carte menu we also serve a set priced menu.
We are available for private hire and weddings & we also provide outdoor catering for special events.
Rhubarb is recommended in the Michelin and Hardens guides.

We had our first visit to Rhubarb this evening and had an exceptional meal- Lamb kebabs, Fillet steak and Pollock fillet. First class food and although having to wait a little long for main course, would definitely make another visit soon. Excellent menu and wine- worth every penny!!

Went for dinner last night and it was fantastic from start to finish. Surprisingly busy (which was a good sign), friendly and good service. And most importantly the food was excellent - the Cod Loin was a highlight, saying that the trio of Rhubarb desserts was also very good! Excellent.

Out of this world! This was one of the best meals I have ever had and the service is outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend the loin of lamb, and the creme brulee was fantastic.
