We were quite a large group and we had excellent service here. The waiter was attentive without being over powering and alert to everyone's needs for drinks etc.

The food which we shared was very good indeed and some of us are fans of middle Eastern food. Actually it was my third middle Eastern type meal in about five days, diet starts today! I'm not sure that I can say what were the outstanding dishes as everything was excellent and as we were a large group we ordered a big selection.

Unusual to find everything of equal quality. My only issue....I wish I lived nearer!

I visted the restaurant with friends and had a wonderful time. Very nice inside and the food was beautiful. The stuffed pepper was so good. Lovely staff. Will definitely dine there again. Worth the trip.

I can't actually remember the last time I enjoyed a meal out as much as this! The food was absolutely delicious, house wine excellent, the place was spotless and the staff very knowledgeable. The early bird menu is great value though the full price menu is very reasonable anyway. Will definately be going back soon. Thank you

Friday evening in Wilmslow & looking for a meal on my birthday. Hadn't eaten here before, had heard it was good - & wasn't disappointed. Good quality ingredients, cooked to a tee, beautifully served - accompanied with an interesting & good Lebanese wine. Service was immaculate - friendly, attentive without being intrusive. Will certainly be back when we're back in North West.

My wife and I live locally and went to Sahara for the first time last night. What we discovered was fantastic freshly cooked food with excellent service. Compared to other local eateries the prices were comparable but the food much better! Especially good was wife's sujok spicy sausage and my mixed kebab was cooked to perfection. We would recommend Sahara to anyone and will certainly be going back for more!

We've been to this restaurant three times now and the food just gets better and better - it's very difficult to recommend a good dish because they are all wonderfully delicious - service, ambiance, and food all AMAZING - if you visit you will not be disappointed. ***** rating and then and extra *****

Ambience 10/10
Food 10/10
Service 10/10

My dining experience was absolutely brilliant, I would certainly suggest booking!
I eat regularly at Edgware Road in London, famous for Arabic cuisine and Sahara certainly tops any I have experienced there.

Regards,
Arif Khan

Had an exceptional feast at Sahara on Monday, with a vast selection of tastes, colours and aromas. Not just the food; but service, ambience and decor too. This was truly one of the nicest dining experiences we have ever had, and a joy to try out. Ranging from the traditional falafels and Chicken Bourak, to the stunning Lamb Shawarma and Spicy Chicken Halabeh - this was something that we had never had before nor felt so obliged to write a review. We will be back with friends and family to show off this hidden gem. Well done!

We've just had a lovely Valentines evening at this super restaurant.
Hummus with added treats, babaganouj and falafels started us off and then a mixed grill of various kebabs along with chicken with mushrooms saw us full with our mains. Sides of basmati rice with vermicelli and long grain rice with lentils and onions completed the dishes and they were all superb!
Arabic coffe and baklava ended the experience but the wine celler of lebanese choices was a real delight. Absolutely delicious!
We're aleady looking forward to our return.

I went to Cheshire last Friday, to visit relative and they took me to this knew restaurant in Wilmslow, which they Syria and Lebanese food, oh my God it was very busy very nice atmosphere and I really loved the music and the food, I had for a starter lamb majokh and chicken mahshee for my main course it was very nice and different I could not believe when I've asked the manager how long have the been open and he said its only a month and half, which is very nice restaurant I recommended to everybody.

We went to Sahara as a massive group, all hungry and expecting an unexpected new exotic experience, and let me tell you this restaurant is the epitome of exotic-ness, the food was beautiful in taste, bursting with so many flavours yet all with their individuality. The houmus so basic, yet delicious along with the velvety smooth texture (it was literally like silk on your taste buds)and the baklava was to die for. Food I dont even like e.g. aubergines tasted incredible mixed in herbs and spices (I didnt know there were so many ways to cook this vegetable yet every taste, different and luscious) and appearance, yummy, the service was exceptional, they were literally on hand and foot for our every need, never leaving our drinks empty and fresh plates and cutlery for all your o.c.d needs in every course. Our big group were at times loud and kind of messy but the employees did not mind and in fact joined in at times, it felt a home away from home, a family, and friendly atmosphere with an upmarket decore lavishly presented (best bit glitter on the ceiling! wow). As a big group we didn't know what we wanted unfamiliar with Arabic food the manager as lovely as he was presented us with his special galore of mezzes and mains - DELICIOUS, the chef is unbelievably talented and the service all are worth the visit and dining experience. Once you come here believe me any other restaurant experience will just not be the same as you'll forever be comparing Sahara and it's exqusitness.

I was in Sahara on New Years Eve, had a lovely time. Atmosphere was lively, music was nice and food was fantastic. I had cheese bourak and hummus for starters both really tasty and well presented and chicken mashee for mains which is rolled chicken stuffed with mushrooms and served in Saharas special sauce. A amazing presention, excellent choice, highly recommend this dish.
