Situated in the heart of Altrincham, Y..McGREGOR prides itself on being a “healthy food and juice café”, they offer a balanced wholesome and nutritional menu for both sit in and takeaway, always focussing on the following principles wherever possible:- Locally sourced, fair-trade, free range, organic, farm fresh, no processed foods, preservative & additive free, nutritious, freshly made in their our own kitchen.
Y…McGregor source all their meat from local farms in the area which they have personally visited, allowing full traceability and ensuring confidence in the knowledge of the animal welfare.
All the smoothies and juices are freshly made to order only using quality fruit, no purees, concentrates or preservatives are included, which therefore provides the healthiest smoothie possible.
The menu changes with the seasons, which keeps the offerings fresh, and interesting and in line with nature’s own food cupboard.
Y…McGregor can cater for private parties of up to 30 people
A delivery service is available to local business or homes.

Fantastic! We had lunch here when visiting family in the area and were spoilt for choice with all the delicious sandwiches, salads, snacks and smoothies on offer - and all wholesome! I particularly liked the granola yoghurt pot i had, but everything on offer looked tasty! Please open a Y...mgregor near us - it would go down a treat

What a shame about the scaffolding which has been erected to fix the roof of the main building. Once in the shop however, I was overwhelmed by the pieceful, fresh ambience and the friendly welcome. I loved it and will be back because everything was right, in particular the sandwiches which had so much taste about them and lacked all that gooey mayo everyone else pours on. Well done and good luck I'll be back along with my friends.

I fell in love with Y... McGregor. It has a wide range of delious,healthy food and refreshing smoothies. My ultimate favorite thing which I have everytime I go there is their panninis. They are really tasty and good for you at the same time. Well you have heard what Ive got to say. But dont take my word for it. Whenever you are in the area just pop into Y...McGregor. You will never regret it!

Whenever I am in the area I always eat at Y..McGregors. The kids equally love the place, the range of fresh smoothies and the homemade flapjacks being a big hit. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food, if only there was a Y...McGregor nearer to where I live!

This cafe sells the best juices and smoothies I've ever tasted. The energizer juice with orange, carrot and ginger is my favourite and makes me feel instantly healthy! When you visit, try the wheatgrass shot and get a superboost of vitamins and goodness!
