Finally the Brazilians have arrived to Altrincham!!!! Located in Altrincham Town centre we are the newest venue to the town fine dining, bringing you the exotic and fantastic taste of Brasil to your table.
Sabor do Brasil Bar & Restaurant brings to Altrincham Brasil's unique style of roasting the meat slowly on the authentic charcoal grill. Called in Brasil a “Churrascaria” (Portuguese for ‘barbeque place”), a variety of meats are available, including beef steak, chicken and sausages.
We invite you to come and taste this new dining experience, completed by a variety of hot dishes and salads on our buffet from which you can eat as much as you possibly can! We have a fixed price for all this, but drinks and desserts are not included.
Our bar has a great variety of wines, soft drinks, beers and cocktails for all tastes. Amongst them our traditional Brazilian cocktail called Caipirinha (ki-pee-reen-ya) - a mix of crushed limes, sugar, ice and Cachaca.
Come and visit us and it will look like if you are in Brasil itself!
We have a venue upstairs available for private parties. It seats 50 people.

Myself and my partner were bought a 'Meal for 2' voucher with a free bottle of wine as a Christmas present, and booked for 7:30 on a Monday evening. We were welcomed by the owner who was lovely. We asked if we could swap the wine for soft drinks for myself as I am pregnant - and they were more than happy to do this. Upon mentioning being pregnant, the owner assured me that all the meat served to me would be well-done, although it is usually served medium or rare, which I thought was fantastic too! Gorgeous, fresh food and salads - I would definitely go again, and will be returning soon!

I just wanted to write to thank you for a fantastic evening on Friday 26th October. My husband and I came to celebrate our 15th anniversary and although you explained to us the change in administration so a few things on the menu were not available we had a fantastic time. The food was amazing and I was pleased to be able to try a traditional cocktail that was outstanding.

Having been advised to visit by our son my Wife and myself finally got the chance on Sat 23 Jun and everything he told us was exactly correct, from the initial reception to leaving. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. I can put away plenty of food but even I had to decline the offer of more meats. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

Just been today for my mothers birthday. Although quiet at 3pm in the afternoon the food was still brilliant and very fresh. We had a great meal and found the staff very friendly. Would recommend this restaurant and hope it is there for years to come as we will be bringing our staff for our annual meal very soon. This is exactly the sort of restaurant that Altrincham needs. Definitely value for money as I wont need to eat for days

Always had a good meal here. Ultimate meat feast. The chef also offered to cook us another steak as we like our meat particularly rare! Great value.

Me and my boyfriend went here last night for the first time. I though the resturant was lovely and stylish inside and out. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome and the food was fantastic. Love how you can choose salad and sides then taste different meats. Juat what we like. Thank you..

Went to Sabor Do for the first time tonight with my girlfriend. Great place, great food, and our 'passodore' was amazing, - he clearly had a passion for his job, which showed in his attention to detail when serving his meats !! In fact, all the staff were amazing, as was the food. Will def go back.

Booked a table for 17 to celebrate my Husband's Birthday. We were offered the use of the upstairs room which would allow us to all sit together which we really appreciated. We could not have enjoyed it more, the Manager was wonderful, the waitresses great and the waiter who served us our barbequed meat was great fun, making sure everyone had everything they wanted and entertaining us along the way. The food, wine and ambience was fabulous as was the Brazilian rendition of Happy Birthday! We had a fabulous time and will return.

Four of us visited on Wednesday evening and had a fantastic time. We began with a nice explanation from the waitress about the concept of brazilian steakhouses and soon met the wonderful salad bar which was full of colourful and tasty dishes from brazilian stew to salsa. Once seated, the meat began coming to the table with over 10 different cuts. Along with great service, nice decor and authentic latin music; this was a quality dining experience and a nice addition to Altrincham. We will certainly be returning!

We went a couple of weeks ago to this restaurant and were blown away at how great it was. The quality of the food was amazing and something you really don't get in England where your usually served up a slab of meat that hasn't been prepared properly but this was outstanding and the staff are excellent. Can't wait to go again!!

I went there twice with my husband. The food is great. There are many different side plates (you could just eat that and it would be more than enough) once you seat down, the meat is served on your table and wont stop until you say, please no more...the different type of meats and cuts, make the experience one to remember, I am Brazilian and I can surely say that this restaurant is the closest thing to Brazil in the area, it's like going to Brazil for a day just to eat...enjoy the 'picanha cut' thats the best one for sure!

Went for my wife's birthday a couple of weeks ago. superb quality food and absolutely loads of it. cocktails are a bit pricey but worth it. TIP: don't fill up at the salad bar!!
