Dough Pizza Kitchen is an award-winning restaurant bringing a fresh slice of pizza, style and choice to Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Situated in the heart of the city’s independent creative district, Dough offers a contemporary approach to pizza and fuses family friendliness with urban cool to create a unique, affordable dining experience.
Dough is set over two floors and has enough room to accommodate up to 140 diners, so whether you require an intimate table for two or want to book your own private space to party we are able to help.
Dough offers a range of speciality doughs made and proved using our special recipe which include traditional, whole-wheat and gluten-free. As well as pizza, Dough also has a range of hearty pasta dishes, lighter salads and speciality dough sticks.
Dough pizza kitchen is situated in the Northern Quarter’s busy creative sector of Manchester City Centre. You will find us on High Street near the Printworks, only two minutes from the Arndale Car Park and Shudehill Tram and Bus Interchange.

Lots of choice of pizza on offer even unusual fish n chips pizza too :)I had the Teriyaki Salmon one & boy could you taste the freshness of ingredients - recommended & staff very attentive too.

nice welcome, busy, lively atmosphere and above all really tasty pizzas - some interesting options away from the normal. Not expensive.
