Modern and vibrant bar and restaurant. Booth seating which is ideal for smaller parties.

Chic and stylish, The Blue Parrot is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a fantastic cocktail, wine, champagne or beer. The kitchen is open all day, with the speciality being fantastic burgers and grills. All dishes are made fresh to order using the finest possible ingredients.

Food served Monday to Friday: noon to 11pm. Saturday: 9am to 11pm. Sunday: 9am - 10pm. Childrens menu available at £3.50, children are welcome until 5pm.

This restaurant and bar was a really special place on our first visit to Manchester. The service and food was that good we ate there our whole stay, well done.
