Set in the Piazza of the stunning HQ building next to Chester's historic race course is the Michael Caines Cafe Bar & Grill. This casual dining concept from two Michelin starred Caines offers a dining experience like no other in Chester.
The menu has heavy emphasis on local, seasonal produce and features some tempting favourites, as well as Michael Caines classics developed at the two starred Gidleigh Park.
From hearty burgers, to Pesto infused chicken with tagliatelle there is plenty on offer before you start on the grills, with all our beef coming from Lake District Farmers. Added to that our Fish of the day fresh from the fishmongers and you have a menu that will leave no one hungry, except to return!
Manager James Cunningham leads a team with 'service with style' as their mantra, offering everyone a warm welcome every time you visit.
