Welcome to The Fishpool Inn in Delamere Cheshire. We are the latest addition to the family-owned, Cheshire based hotel group Nelson Hotels.

Formerly a quaint country pub, it has recently undergone a dramatic and sympathetic twelve month multi-million pound renovation and opened in February 2013.

The result is a welcoming, cosy and stylish interior, innovative kitchen and a delicious, hearty menu offering British and European dishes.

Whether drinking or dining with us, you can be assured of real ales from local breweries, a choice of fine wines and food that is freshly cooked to order using fresh, seasonal, local produce.

The Fishpool Inn is family friendly and is open seven days a week from 1100-2300 and the food serving hours are as follows:
  • Monday-Thursday: 1200-2130
  • Friday-Saturday: 1200-2200
  • Sunday: 1200-2100

The open kitchen reveals a wood burning pizza oven, so how could we not try a little flatbread (despite promising to "be good" and skip starters). It was delicious, point proved... pizza next time!
Overall great meal, flawless service and a lovely setting. We'll be back for one of those pizzas soon!
