Manu from Manchester (07/05/2010) says.... Absolutely delightful. Nice food and nice atmosphere. Service good! Only the waiters should interact a bit more with the customers. Highly recommended!
Maria in Chorlton (23/11/2009) says.... What a fantastic restaurant, great food and brilliant service, well recommended
katie, manchester (13/10/2008) says.... I loved this restaurant! When my friend recommended it to me I thought oh great just another awful Chinese but I changed my mind soon afterward. The menu had a great variety of food and I was surprised to see a good selection of vegetarian dishes. When the food came it was steaming hot, which is always a good sign. The vegetables were crisp and fresh and the sauces didn't have a come-out-of-the-packet feel. The food wasn't greasy either which I had come to recognise in Chinese food. Although it was quite pricey it was worth it!
Jane Morgan (05/09/2008) says.... A truly great place to eat with impeccable service! The staff are wonderful and the food fresh and hot - try the sizzling platter and the noodles are a must have!
Louise from Didsbury (31/03/2008) says.... Fantastic food at very reasonable prices. This is the first time I have eaten Japanese food. The menu is extensive and a little confusing but appart from that the service, surroundings and food are great. I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant and will be definitely going again myself!

Kate S Stretford (12/02/2008) says.... Yaki Soba is fantastic- excellent service, fabulous food. The staff were very accommodating for my friends birthday and didn't rush us, even when we were the last to leave. Oh and at £7.95 for a Bento Box- it's excellent value for money. A great addition to the Chorlton scene.

Chorlton (06/10/2007) says.... Have eaten here about 10 times since it opened. Great food, service can be a bit it and miss but it's part of the charm. If your feel you've waited too long give them and a shout and all will be sorted!! One of the best places to eat in Chorlton, good value and near Beech road for a booze up after.
Pablo, Whalley Range (30/08/2007) says.... Superb food, excellent value for money and lovley atmosphere. My only gripe would be the service which was a little slow

Cheryl Didsbury Manchester (21/02/2007) says.... I visited the week before Christmas for my Husbands Birthday. We took 3 teenagers with us, who are notoriously hard to please, and we were all delighted with the choice and quality of the dishes. I will be returning this evening, and I am confident that my bento box will be as good as last time. It does get busy, so I would advise that you booked in advance to avoid disapointment.
Anthony Dutton, Chorlton (12/02/2007) says.... Yakisoba is a superb little restaurant offering authentic Pacific Rim cuisine at great prices. All meals are based on the Bento Box format which means that Miso Soup, Salad, Rice & Fruit are also included with your choice of main course, there are also Noodle and Ramen Soup dishes and Dim Sum to choose from. Lots of great Meat and fish dishes available and Veggies are also well catered for. Excellent takeaway service too. Gets very busy at weekends so book to avoid disappointment. I have eaten here about fifteen times now and never been disappointed!
Jan, Bowdon (05/12/2006) says.... I went last week with friends and had a superb meal. Having visited Japan more than once, I'd say this was the most authentic Japanese noodle shop I've been to in UK. The food was excellent and good value for money. The staff were very courteous and helpful. One of our group was vegetarian, and rated this the best place she'd ever eaten at in Manchester. The only place where she'd been spoilt for choice! Go and try it!
