Have just returned from a fabulous first visit to the Yetis Retreat. We went early evening and were a party of four adults and six children. The chef came out and suggested that he do some mild chicken curry and other bits for the kids and also catered for a nut allergy... This came really quickly and the kids loved all of the curry, chicken wings and pakora. The adults had mixed starters and it was all great although special mention has to go to the chickpeas! We all then had various main courses which were huge, delicately spiced and with beautifully cooked meat or fish - the lamb shank with ledo sauce was enormous! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we were all made to feel extremely welcome. Will definitely be returning - perhaps without the kids so we can taste some of the excellent looking wine list!

We recently booked Yeti's Retreat to do the catering for a party. Their service was excellent from day one - they spent time finding out what we wanted, organised a lovely tasting session, and then during the party they even helped to serve our guests which wasn't something we had paid for, they just wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Of course the food was fantastic too!

This is a good restaurant with good quality food. We went with a living social voucher which they were happy to redeem. However we would have been happy to pay full price as the food was excellent.

We have ate here 6 times and every time had fabulous great quality food. A must is the chilli chips - to die for!! Steve the owner and his staff are friendly and very welcoming. Must visit and see for yourself!!

3 visits in the past 2 months, a different dish every time ( except the chickpea starter which is a must have) and we have been continually delighted by this new addition to the Heatons.

Lovely place, the food is really good and slightly different from the usual sort of Indian/Asian food. Good service and the staff are happy to tell you about the food and give you the choice of how hot your food you want it to be. Have visited the restaurant several times since opening and it's always full. I would highly recommend eating here

Visited the Yeti's Retreat last Friday and was very, very impressed. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable waiting staff and exceptionally talented chefs. Without doubt the best curry I think I have ever eaten

Fantastic new place. The restaurant - It has a great ambiance, The Food- It is out of this world, lovely clean taste to everything. You can really taste the spices and the freshness of all the dishes, The staff - So friendly and helpful, they will quite happily tweek or tailor make a dish to your personal taste. If you don't go here you will most certainly of missed out. Can't wait to go back.

Nice intimate restaurant on Didsbury Road Heaton Mersey. The Menu is excellent (i'm vegetarian), I found loads to choose from and was really pleased with my choices. I had Chickpea Sandeko & Paneer Chilli - both dishes were EXCELLENT and very well presented. Service was very personable & we were made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend a visit. Worth booking as does get busy. ENJOY :))
