Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill Chester is a unique and unusual meeting place, making it the ideal venue for birthday parties, anniversary parties, wedding parties and corporate events.
Our exclusive Private Dining Room can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests and is the perfect choice for intimate dinners or private celebrations and business lunches.
The main restaurant and bar area can be adapted to suit larger parties and can accommodate tables of up to 100 diners.
The restaurant is based within the grounds of the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel & Spa - allowing you to extend your visit to a comfortable and convenient overnight stay.
Maintaining the original name of the Manor House, theclubandspa at Hoole Hall offers both our residents and non-residents exceptional luxury facilities in outstanding surroundings.

Our superb facilities include 7 naturally lit meeting rooms to cater for up to 25. For larger events the Ballroom is situated on the ground floor where delegates can register in our Grade II listed Conservatory before being guided into the main room. Should you be looking for something a little different, we would be delighted to provide you with an individual package, such as a day trip to the Chester Races.

We had sunday lunch at Marco's and it was fantastic. The staff were really professional and helpful, the restaurant itself was beautiful but the food was AMAZING. I would definitely recommend it to anybody I speak to. We travelled from Preston on the recommendation of a friend.

We attended Marco's place for the occasion of his latest book launch, and had a great time! Parking was easy, the welcome was warm, and the staff were fantastic.
We had a Bellini cocktail on arrival, followed by a starter of Leek Veloute with chicken oysters and a crispy shallot.
This was followed by Goosnargh Duck breast, confit leg, beetroot and crab apple served with apple blossom.
There was a quick break as we had chance to chat to Marco while he signed our books, and then a gorgeously runny dark chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream.
Espressos and sweets were followed by a further chat with Marco to thank him for the evening. Then it was off home for gin! Perfection.
