Arora Hotel Manchester offers 6 meeting rooms ideal for your medium size meetings of up to 100 delegates. Each conference room is fully air conditioned and features the latest audiovisual equipment including built-in plasma screens, DVD/ CD players. And what’s more, there is no extra charge for in-situ audio-visual equipment!

The Charters Suite located on the lower ground floor is the largest conference room accommodating up to 70 banqueting style and can be divided into two suites offering open flexible space for any layout. Each of the Charters Suite’s room houses a 50’’ plug ‘n’ play plasma screen, has natural daylight, its own private lobby area to serve refreshments and for registration.

The three dedicated Boardrooms are located over three floors and are beautifully furnished with leather seats, walnut tables as well as the latest 42’’ plasma screen to display greatly enhanced presentations.

For your special events, the Charters Suite can accommodate for up to 60 guests in banqueting style and our dedicated team can assist you with these arrangements.

All meeting rooms have wifi access which is free of charge for all delegates in a meeting in one of our executive boardrooms.

If you need more time for your meeting or event, Arora Hotel Manchester offers 141 bedrooms to accommodate your overnight requirements.
