I know this is very very late but we just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for everything you did for me and Daniel for our wedding in march. We had the best day of our lives. The venue looked beautiful. All our friends and family are still talking about it and saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Both English and Polish guest thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the Polish-English mix of foods prepared by Pillings. Dear Mick, Margaret, Diane and all the team, we cannot thank you enough for our MAGICAL wedding day. We never dared imagine it would be so fantastic. Heaton House Farm enveloped in a blanket of snow really was the icing on the cake. We were so grateful that you installed the Christmas tree (and sorry for my bridezilla upset over it), it really was something very special in Steele's barn. We fell in love with the venue at the porch, back in February last year. We liked your warm, friendly, practical approach. More to the point, EVERYTHING on the day was as promised. Even some of my slightly obsessive requests! We would like to extend a big thank you to all the behind the scenes team. We created a lot of work having the ceremony in Steeles! The atmosphere was warm, relaxed and joyful - it was just perfect. We are indebted to Diane, who was just brilliant throughout and on the day. In control, on hand but not too visible. The biggest compliment I can pay to Diane is that I felt like I'd handed the reins to a trusted friend and not just a wedding co-ordinator I'd met a few months previous. We were inundated on the day and over the last few weeks with guests raving about the venue. Everyone loved it, and fell for it's charm and beautiful setting. There have been many comments too, about the professional, friendly staff, (and the mix of Sue-Le-Bonne staff was seamless). Your beautiful home and Farm will be a special place for us forever. Our wedding day and the ridiculous happiness on it, will carry us through a lifetime. We cannot recommend you highly enough. Please let all the team know how we feel. Diane, you are a diamond! What a great day Kess and I had. The staff and venue were top notch and have been the key topic of conversation with family and friends ever since. Special thanks to Catherine for keeping the day on track and to DJ Kriss B for keeping it going to the very end with our 3 straggling guests.
Any couples getting married soon with youngsters attending, we can highly recommend the giant games, they kept them good for hours. The venue looked amazing, especially with the new work that has been completed, as it looked stunning. Our family and friends thought the venue was brilliant. We are sure you have been told before but Heaton House has a very relaxed and welcoming feeling. The different rooms and outside space allowed our guests to feel free to do what they liked. The staff were so lovely and polite nothing was too much trouble and I would like to send them our thanks. Once again thank you, you have made our day and we will always be grateful.
