If residents on a Dinner inclusive rate wish to choose courses from the A La Carte Menu, a supplement will be charged as priced


Homemade carrot and coriander soup

Dovetail of melon served with a berry compote and fruit reduction

Crispy continental meat salad served with a honey and mustard dressing

Roast sirloin of beef rubbed with grain mustard and served with a shallot jus

Poached cod tail served in its own court bouillon
