Wedding Terms and Conditions

Park Inn Leigh would like to advise you of the following conditions before you continue with your wedding preparations.

 

ACCOUNT

A booking will be confirmed when the function date and approximate guest numbers have been agreed in writing and a non-refundable or transferable deposit of �500.00 has been received or �250.00 for evening reception only. Deposits are required within 2 weeks of the provisional booking being made. Provisional bookings will be held for 2 weeks only. A further payment of 50% of the outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the event date. The final account balance is payable 28 days prior to the wedding reception. Sundry items incurred on the day should be settled on departure.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

A reduction in excess of 10% of the previously contracted numbers will result in cancellation charges being made as per the following cancellations clause:-

The charges are based on all pre-booked accommodation, function room hire, equipment, food and beverage

The following cancellation policy applies:

12 to 6 months prior to the event������������ 20%

6 to 2 months prior to the event������������������������������ 35%

2 to 1 month prior to the event ������������������������������� 50%

1 month prior

 

 

CATERING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Details of menus, wines and flowers ect are required 28 days prior to the wedding reception. Table plans, place cards ect should be given to the hotel 7 days prior to the wedding reception.

We regret outside catering is not permitted

Minimum numbers of 60 paying guests for the Wedding Breakfast plus a minimum of 80 paying guest for the evening function. If less a room hire charge will be applicable.

 

 

OTHER EVENTS AT THE HOTEL

There may be other events at the hotel on the same day including the possibility of another wedding

 

 

ACCOMMODATION RATES

A special rate may be offered for a number of rooms which will be agreed by the Wedding Co-Ordinator in writing at the time of confirmation. Additional rooms may be available at this special rate once the initial allocation has been filled at the discretion of the hotel.
