Juicing fruit and veg releases their goodness from the fibre and allows us to absorb their highly concentrated nutrients.
Bottled juices have few nutrients left there is no comparison with freshly squeezed juice.
In fact juice should be consumed within minutes to guarantee the full nutrient intake.
Look forward to: an increase of energy and vitality; loss of toxins; a boosted immune system; shiny hair, fresh breath, glowing skin - lookin' good!

Wheatgrass is wonderful! earth:summer Right food, right place, right time.
There is something deeply, unshakeably right about eating food in season.
It is about seasonality, certainly, but also about going with the flow, cooking with the natural rhythm of the earth.
Life in Britain was once intimately entwined with the seasons.
Today, it is all too easy to lose sight of food's natural timing and, worse, to miss it when it is at its sublime best.
The simple fact is food tastes better in season.
Local produce is better to eat than food that has been raised artificially or that has traveled halfway around the world.
Eating locally and in season will set us on a path to a tastier, healthier and more sustainable food chain.
Let's simply revel in the variety of the seasons.
June - Although the seasonal food has yet to reach it's peak, June holds many gourmet delights.
Asparagus continues for it's short season.
New potatoes and watercress come into their own.
Our soft fruit season starts, first with gooseberries, then early rasberries, blackcurrants and cherries.
The flowers of the elder tree fill the countryside with it's musky, heady sweetness.
July - July brings summer in its full intensity.
The seasonal specialities match the weather perfectly.
Strawberries and blueberries join the earlier soft fruits.
It's also the very beginning of the English apple season.
The veg patch offers such delights as French beans, runner beans and fennel.
August - Our farmers are busy harvesting the wheat, barley and oats as well as the huge array of fresh, in-season produce.
Vegetables that need more heat to mature - such as aubergines, courgettes and tomatoes - are now ready.
Pears, plums and blackberries join the beautiful English apples as the summer's greenness begins to fade.
