Evuna have been importing Finca Loranque for over 10 years and are please to see the winery is certified Organic for the 2014 vintage. But are Organic wines better for you ??
As with most organic produce, be it beef, eggs, apples, or dare we say it, kale, the flavours are inherent, complex, pure and delicious. Another FACT...organic wine does contain half the maximum legal limit of sulphur dioxide (220) – a common preservative in wine that is used to inhibit or kill unwanted yeasts and bacteria, and the main culprit for those shocking hangovers, the next day...we’d say that's more than enough reason to come and try.
Finca Loranque use none indigenous grapes such as Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as traditional Tempranillo or Cencibel as it is known around La Mancha, this vintage sees the launch of 100% Cencibel which we are excited to match with our dishes.
Tickets include all food and wine for the evening.

Evuna NQ is the sister restaurant of the established Deansgate restaurant which opened back in 2002 as a fine wine house.
Our Northern Quarter branch is the new kid on the block of this bustling vibrant area of Manchester and the only tapas bar in this area.
We have a fresh authentic tapas menu, beautiful Alhambra (Spain's premium draft beer) and of course our famous boutique wines. We have a huge specials board which changes frequently, our fine dine trained Head Chef has a passion for authentic Spanish ingredients with a contemporary twist.
