Excellent food and service. Four generations thouroughly enjoyed evening meal. Helpful and considerate staff. Lovely selection of vegetables accompanied the varied choice of main courses.We did not have room for dessert but the selection was very tempting.

The Stables restuarant is the best restuarant for miles around. I love it especially the steaks and the creme brulee would definitely recommend it.

We visited the Stables as a party of 27 for a Christmas Do. The food was fantastic, especially the Lamb Shanks. Everyone had a wonderful night but this was cut short due to the severe weather (heavy snowfall). The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was excellent. The Chef (Tim)is a great cook. Very enjoyable evening. Would recommend to all.
