About Blaireau's
Situated in the attractive New Forest village of Brockenhurst, Blaireau's is an informal restaurant in the French brasserie style. Classic Gallic dishes mingle with nouvelle cuisine on the smart and well-crafted menu, featuring favourites such as steak béarnaise, mussels with white wine and fries or roasted guinea fowl with cabbage and smoked bacon pepper the menu.
