Tucked within the half-timbered White Hart Hotel in historic Wells, Brufani's is a cosy little restaurant with roaring log fires in winter and a menu full of robust modern European flavours. Comfortably decorated with part-panelled walls and an oak-beamed ceiling, the restaurant has a relaxed and easygoing feel, extending into an adjoining lounge ideal for after-dinner drinks. Typical dishes include pan-fried calf's liver with bacon and chestnut marsala sauce, plus a lunchtime snack menu and daily specials.
