About Gars
Gars is a modern, family-run Chinese restaurant with a creative menu of Asian favourites set within the winding old Lanes of Brighton. Food includes Chinese, Japanese and Thai flavours, in a restaurant spread over three floors with red leather panelling and polished bamboo floors. There are two private function rooms, including a bar downstairs and karaoke facilities.
