About The Shore
A long-standing fixture on the waterfront at Leith, The Shore is dedicated to fresh Scottish seafood and game, served in the intimate surroundings of a handsome wood-panelled 18th-century dining room. Typically robust dishes include grilled halibut with black pudding, smoked salmon and basil oil or pan-fried tuna steak on a couscous salad, with a menu that changes daily to reflect seasonal availability. The bar has regular live latin jazz and folk music sessions, and there's pavement seating in the summertime.
