As you would expect, all food is cooked to order from the freshest of ingredients sourced locally. That could be dry aged beef from Bury, locally reared lamb from Helmshore and organic eggs from Holcombe. Don't forget the home made black puddings, pies and desserts. We even make our own special burgers and their buns, butter and ice cream.
