Just passing and called in and had the Sunday roast menu. Roast pork with vegetables etc. Best we have tasted out for some time. Followed by apple pie and cheese board. The cheese portion was the largest we have encountered in dining out; enough for at least two persons. Would definitely go again. Staff very nice and attentive.

Table of 6 friends on a Wednesday night. Best steaks I have ever had tasted, They said they mature and cut their own steaks on the premises but how many places say this? This owner knows what he's talking about when it come to a great steak!! Forget paying £20+ in the rich triangle of Alderley Edge & Co....I've found a diamand!!!

Driving through the Cheshire Hills we saw the sign for the Ryles Arms in Sutton. My wife, a no mean cook herself was given to say that the Sunday Lunch roast dinner (Pork), except for tiny dislike to the stuffing was near to her own high standard. Praise indeed. Pork, apple sauce and vegetables superb and spot on. Lovely atmosphere and charming staff. One to add to your 'mooching about' list. A la carte menu looks inviting and well balanced. One added to our list. Many thanks.
