We stayed there last night the staff were absolutly wonderful, couldn't help you enough. The rooms are very clean and warm and have everything you need.

We recently held a party for my sons christening at The Governors House, it was a great day, the buffet was very good and great value for money, the staff were very helpful and friendly and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend this pub for a small function of around 40 people.

It is such a friendly and inviting place with good food and ale, lovely place.
