I went to Gusto with my friends last week, service was very friendly and food fantastic, thank you for lovely evening, definitely wiil be coming back.

Our family loves this restaurant, food is very good so is customer service. We enjoy every single visit.

Went for a meal last Sunday (31 Jan) and was disappointed I will not be going back to a Gusto. Table that we had booked was not ready when we arrived. Staff refused to let us sit or put our coats at the table whilst they re-set the table as it was Company Policy. Got a drink at the bar and were unable to set up a tab as it is Company Policy to keep the payment card behind the bar and I do not leave my credit/debit card with anyone due to fraud concerns. Were shown to a table in the annex at the rear of the property where a freezing cold breeze was blowing on the table and the staff didn't know how to turn the heating on and thought it probably wouldn't be any use anyway. Were then shown to a table in the basement and seemed to be forgotten about as service was very slow, food when it eventually arrived was mediocre and constantly had to signal to staff for drinks. Run by young inexperienced staff with too much Company Policy which gave a poor all round experience and we would not recommend going to this restaurant to anybody.
