Had a roast dinner (beef, cooked beautifully pink) here on Sunday and I've got to say it was one of the nicest meals out I've had in a long, long time! From the moment we entered the door, the staff greeted us like old friends and were as attentive until we left. The homemade yorkshire pudding was amazing, as was the gravy. Finished off with a sticky toffee pudding, this is definitely a restaurant I will be returning too. Already booked in for Boxing Day!!

We've been coming here for a couple of weeks now and have had a wonderful meal each time, The Italian host made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, as did the other staff. Mike who works behind the bar, deserves a special mention for his friendly banter during our visits. The meals, especially the fish were cooked to perfection every time, and with a starter and main course from only £7, exceptional good value.

I really like this restaurant. It's very homely and warm. My husband and I brought our children for a nice meal as a treat and it is perfect. Definate value for money and the staff are lovely. Very accomodating of the kids as well. Definitely will be going back!
