Great night out had a work party booked for Christmas, the service was on time and the food was excellent, did not know much about this place until someone recommended it, but glad we tried it out.

Total Score:
This is the best Indian restaurant in Stockport, bar none. The food is invariably of the best quality, with the mixed kebab and lamb chat puree comprising two of the starter menu highlights. Similarly, the chef's specials are not to be missed, particularly the mincemeat-based murgh massalam. I have sampled this dish in various other Indian restaurants and Harappa's is definitely the best. Aside from the food, the hospitality and service are both peerless and second to none. Regular diners are made a fuss off and made to feel special, thus ensuring both repeat business and that every trip to Harappa is in actual fact an 'event' rather than just a meal out. We go regularly and would encourage others to do likewise.

Staff very welcoming & friendly. Not sign of flock wallpaper. Popadoms and excellent chutney tray plus drinks brought quickly. The menu has all the usual mixes of curries & a few recommendations & specials. Try Murghi Jaflong, superb,as was all the food. Hot, full of flavour. I love curries & these were up with the best. A top dining experience.
