Watson's Bistro is truly a family affair, from Grandad Graham and Uncle Lee doing all the decorating, Nannie has done all the planting and looks after our garden through to Kristie helping out in the evenings. Grandad Ron and Nana Barb helped get us ready for opening and of course most importantly our girls who help in the kitchen and restaurant – not forgetting us, me the Chef and Anne, Front of House, Richard, Dan and Gill who have been with us from the beginning and are as good as family now and all our other staff.
