Attended for lunch on 17th June along with my wife and two children. We all had an extremely enjoyable experience. The food was faultless and the friendliness of the team looking after us was fantastic. They catered for both my daughters really well. My six year old had recently broken her leg, but once we got passed the problem of getting into the building, she managed really well, loved her bread sticks and houmus, pasts meatballs and brownie. My 17 year old has a medical conditon that restricted her to a low protein diet, but she was able to selct courses that she was really delighted with. My wife and I both selected different starters, scallops and risoot for me and Ham Hock Terrine for her and they were really good. The Beef roast dinner was cooked exactly as requested, with plenty of tasty fresh veg. the highlight for my wife was the rice pudding mousse with "popping candy" concealed in it whereas I hade the cheescake trifle, which was again thoroughly enjoyable. Only criticism, and it very minor, was that the coffee I ordered to come with dessert arrived much too soon, and so it was drunk before the dessert arrived. Otherwise, the whole experince was difficult to fault and we will definitely be coming back

Wow! Amazing! Fantastic! Are just 3 words used for the food we had at The Church Green last night. Out of the 4 of us we all agreed they were the best steaks we had ever tasted! The garnishes and sides were all amazing too. We had mussels, ham hock terrine and French onion soup to start, again all stunning and to finish we shared 2 x orange and olive oil cakes as we were all so full, but when they came I wish I had one all to myself - it was the most beautiful cake I've ever eaten! The menu is versatile, you can eat outside for lunch after walking the dog around Lymm Damn, you can eat the fresh and tasty lunch options with the kids, you can eat from the menu in the week at an affordable price, and you can treat yourself to the best steaks on the new Inka (Inca) Grill they've recently installed. Definitely going again, and again, and again!

We have just returned from a lovely meal at The Church Green. It was our first visit and we found the service to be friendly and the food was excellent. We had our three year old with us who was catered for, not the usual 'nuggets n chips' kid menu. We would recommend it and will return. Thanks.
