We visited Mitton Hall for my daughters 30th birthday recently. There were 12 of us including 1 baby and 2 little girls. We had a private room and a wonderful meal, the staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Many thanks.

Not good - a waiter refused to serve some guests because they had not said please, which they had as I heard them - but whether they did or not, this will give you a strong indication as to how poor their customer service is
