About Caffe Vergnano 1882

Caffe Vergnano 1882 based at the Festival Terrace of the South Bank complex has long been famous for its sublime coffee honed to perfection by three generations over 124 years. Now they have taken this love of all things Italian into the restaurant offering starters such as Bruschetta San Marzano (£4.90) Bresola (£7.95) and Calamari Fritti (£7.50). Classics continue with the mains with Saltimbocca alla Romana (£15.50) and Grilled Tuna with a mixed pepper sauce (£15) whilst the Pasta and Risotto Menu offers Wild Mushroom and Rocket Risotto (£10.50). There's a thoughtful selection of Italian wines to go with this classic menu. Finish with a Tiramisu Vergnano (£6.50) accompanied by what The Times called "the best espresso in London" made with their award-winning blend that arrives on an Armani tray.
