The Market Place offers traditional surroundings in which to enjoy some of the best seafood cuisine around. Wooden floors reflect atmospheric lighting and the simple décor provides an airy, yet intimate setting for your meal. Although seafood features strongly on the menu, meat-eaters and vegetarians will not feel excluded; there are superb choices for both, including venison in a red wine sauce and the vegetarian specials, such as stuffed field mushrooms. But the seafood definitely takes centre-stage; grilled tuna with a mango salsa, fish cakes in Barbados sauce and spicy red snapper are but three of the extensive offerings on the menu; the wine menu is just as extensive.
