At Da Carlo we create an Italian experience in the heart of Ashbourne. Our Italian cuisine is authentic and traditional. We pride ourselves on the quality of our fresh ingredients, and all meals are cooked to order.

Fantastic from entrance to leaving.
The atmosphere is traditional, staff are very helpful and friendly.
As for the food, well every course just got better and better. Authentic Italian cooking with a warm welcome.

I have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions and ALWAYS had excellent, well presented food with good and friendly service. There is a wide range of choices, especially fresh fish, and a very good and reasonably priced wine list. The Italian owner and chef gives this restaurant an authentic vibe. Highly recommend that you visit!
