Here at folk we try to offer straightforward food done well. We use fresh ingredients from Cheshire Produce on New Smithfield Market, our steak is British and comes from Neil Frost, eggs are free-range from Lea Farm, Shropshire.
The only frozen stuff is filo and puff pastry, pizza dough and ice cream. We think that's ok. We make fresh hollandaise several times a day. Pretty much everything is homemade, quiches, pies, hummus, pesto, cakes and cupcakes, salads, even this menu was screenprinted by us. We are not a fast food joint so please be a little patient when we're busy. When we're not so busy we will try to be as helpful as we can, if you want something different why not ask.
